The formation of this site satisfies one of the principal commitments of CEDHA´s partnership in the PP10.

Access to justice through legal clinic

CEDHA has a legal clinic that seeks to rectify human rights violations through litigation. This is in accordance with one of the guiding principles of the PP10 that guarantees access to justice. More information.

Increasing efforts for promotion abroad

CEDHA staffers have traveled abroad to give presentations pertaining to PP10 subject matter.

Formulation of educational seminar to sponsor capacity building

Work has begun on designing a comprehensive seminar aimed at increasing public knowledge on the right to access information. More information.
