Attorney – Interamerican System
Lourdes obtained her bachelor degree in Law from the School of Social Sciences and Law of the National University of Tucuman of Argentina - UNT, obtaining in addition a special academic mention (honors). After obtaining her degree, she continues developing different academic activities. Currently she is a Palermo University´s master student in Constitutional Law and Human Rights program. Lourdes is founder and member of the Executive Council the association Lawyers of NOA in Human Rights and Social Studies ( Abogados y Abogadas del NOA en Derechos Humanos y Estudios Sociales - ANDHES) since the year 2001. During 2002, she worked as a junior lawyer in the Center for the Justice and International Law ( Centro por la Justicia y el Derecho Internacional - CEJIL), in their offices in the city of San Jose in Costa Rica, obtaining a mayor practical experience in International System for the protection of Human Rights.
Currently she works as part time collaborator of the course of Human Rights in the Law and Social Sciences School of the University of Buenos Aires UBA. She was an adjunct professor of different introductory courses for national and international contests of Human Rights organized by the School of Social Sciences and Law of the UNT, and in courses given to the members of the Open (free) Judicial Center of the Tucuman School of Lawyers, and organized by this school. She also participated as speaker in different courses and academic seminars related to Human Rights at a national and international level.
Since 2006, she is responsible of the external advising in Lawsuit in the Inter-American system to CEDHA.
