Buenos Aires Mandates Sustainability Reporting

New List Serve on Corporate Accountability and Human Rights (in Spanish)
The Center for Human Rights and Enviornment (CEDHA) in Argentina launched a Corporate Accountability and Human Rights List Serve, to function primarily in Spanish, and with a view to promote exchanges of information regarding corporate behavior and its impacts on human rights.

DanonePetrobras Argentina - Closure Lifted
Following nine days of negotiations with federal environmental authorities the Argentine Environment and Sustainable Development Secretariat (the SAYDS) lifted the closure after the company agreed to a US$70 million overhaul of environmental protection measures, management systems and infrastructure.
